Using VideoSnack
You may use VideoSnack only in compliance with these terms, applicable laws, and any plan limits or product rules shown in the app. You are responsible for the activity in your account and workspace.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account.
Content and ownership
You retain ownership of the source materials, transcripts, generated drafts, social assets, exports, and other content you provide or create through VideoSnack. You grant VideoSnack the rights needed to process that content and provide the service.
Acceptable use
- Do not use VideoSnack to violate laws or third-party rights.
- Do not upload or process content you do not have permission to use.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or misuse the service.
- Do not use the service to generate deceptive, harmful, or abusive content.
Credits, plans, and billing
VideoSnack may use credits, subscription plans, and usage limits. Paid plans, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and taxes are handled according to the checkout and billing terms shown at purchase or in the app.
AI-generated output
Generated content may require review. You are responsible for checking accuracy, rights, compliance, and suitability before publishing or relying on any output.
Availability
We work to keep VideoSnack reliable, but the service may change, pause, or be unavailable from time to time. Features may be added, changed, or removed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VideoSnack is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or fitness for every purpose. Our liability is limited as permitted by applicable law.
